NEWS - 05/12/2011 - BOB FRANKLIN, THE VOICE OF MOFO THE CRAB

Bob was the first person I had in mind for a character on the show, with Mofo the crab's personality loosely based on Bob's character in a sketch from Micallef's World Around Him. I owe him a big thanks, not only for agreeing to record the voice, but also for getting behind the project at a very early stage. In December last year, during the Movie Extra Webfest campaign, Bob helped us out with a few promos to get the show some much needed attention. It was a massive boost to our cause and, I believe, went a long way in getting the series commissioned.

Among others, Bob has written and/or performed on Jimeoin, The Adventures of Lano & Woodley, The Micallef Program, Stupid Stupid Man and ABC's The Librarians.
